Data Collected

We collect the following information via the form: name, email address, subject of the inquiry, and the message content. Additionally, the system saves technical data such as IP address and timestamp.

Data Recipients and Transfers Outside EU/EEA

We use Netlify (Netlify, Inc.) to manage form submissions. Data is transferred to and stored in the United States. As a safeguard, we rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which Netlify is committed to. Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel only (Anidal and the website administrator).

Data Retention Period

Data is stored only for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry or until you request its deletion.

Your Rights

You have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion. You also have the right to object to processing or lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
